断桥铝数控弯弧机，也叫弯弧机、数控弯弧机。配备模具，可加工各种国标，非标铝型材，所有材料一次成型。尤其解决了加工难度*大的断桥铝材的弯弧工艺问题。各种喷涂、电泳、电镀、拉丝等经过表面处理的型材可以直接弯曲，不会出现普通压弯一样产生的波浪、折线和划痕。设备广泛应用于建筑门窗、幕墙、阳光棚等多种行业。

卷弯是一种的冷弯工艺，其主要特点如下:
　　◎用料省——理论计算需要多少材料，实际生产过程就需要多少，无料废。
　　◎范围大——可以加工扁钢、方钢、圆钢、角钢、I型钢、H型钢、方管、矩形管、圆管等不同型材，不同型号。
◎周期短——加工工艺简单、科学，只要更换模具就能加工不同的材料。
　　◎冷弯法——比起热弯不会改变材料特性，且能降低生产成本。
　　◎卷弯法--次上料可完成型材的预弯、卷圆和校圆工序，有效降低料废。
　　◎卷角钢——90°垂直，且向内向外均无浪纹产生。
　　◎弯管材——根据客户需要制作各种有难度的形状。
　　◎C形管——可通过带钢一次加工成形。

　　The winding is a kind of advanced cold bending, and itscharacteristics are as following:
　　Save material: Material volume needed for actual production is the same as theoretical calculation. No material waste.
　　Wide range: may be used to bend different material with different model, such as flat steel, square steel, round steel, angle steel, U-steel,H-steel square tube, rectangular tube, rond tube,etc.
　　Short cycle: simple and ideal bending process. Different materials can be bended only by replacing the mole.
　　Cold bending: Compared with hot bending, cold bending will not change material properties, and cam save production cost.
　　Rolling method: Per-bending, rolling, and correction can be finished only after one—time feeding, and can greatly save material.
　　Angle steel rolling: Ensure 90 degrees vertical, and no ripple defect both in-turn and out-trun.
　　Tube bending: Various complicated shapes can be bended as per customers" needs.
　　C-tube: one-time forming with strip steel to bend.
